Returns & Refund Policy
All requests must me submitted to Virtuous Jewels, LLC for within 10 days of receipt. Select the link below and fill out the form in order to initiate the return.
If the return request is approved by Virtuous Jewels, LLC the customer is required to return all damaged merchandise. Once the returned merchandise has been received, a direct replacement will be sent to the customer. If the returned item is no longer available for purchase a comparable replacement or store credit will be provided.
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis and is solely at the discretion of Virtuous Jewels, LLC
All sales are final. Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return or refunds.
It is at the discretion of the customer to contact the shipper for goods damaged during transit if the packaging is damaged upon delivery.
